Refund Policy
Unhappy with your Second Gear software purchase? Simply e-mail us within 90 days of purchase and let us know why you are unhappy with your purchase and how we can improve in the future. We will do everything in our power to help.
We always offer a trial period for our Mac OS X products so you can try before you buy!
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for our iPhone-based products. Please contact Apple with any issues with this policy.
Privacy Policy
Lots of companies have long, hard to read privacy policies, but they usually boil down to this:
- Second Gear does collect personal information when you purchase a product from our store. We need this to generate licenses, track sales and lookup licenses. We make sure to keep this stored away in a safe, secure location to ensure that your personal data is always kept private.
- We will never sell or distribute your personal information to a third-party. Spam sucks and we don't want to contribute to the problem.
- We won't email you unless you ask us to. If you signed up for our mailing list and want off, just email us and we will oblige.
- We never store your credit card data.
