What file formats does Elements support?
Elements can view and edit any file with the following file extensions: .txt, .markdown, .md, .mdown, and .mdwn
I'm having syncing trouble. Help!
If you are having issues syncing Elements, the first step is to ensure that you allow Elements to finish its last sync before quitting the application. If you're still having trouble, please contact support.

My Today 1 license doesn't work for Today 2!
Today 2 is a major update from Today 1 so we've made it a paid upgrade to ensure that we can continue working on the app in the future. The good news is that as a licensed Today 1 owner, you are eligible for upgrade pricing
I already bought Today 2 from your store! Why should I buy it again in the Mac App Store?
The Mac App Store is the future of software distribution for the Mac and it allows us to more quickly and reliably release updates to customers. You don't have to update right now, but Today 3 and beyond will be exclusive to the Mac App Store. We are offering transition pricing for a limited time to get existing customers in the Mac App Store. Those that do update will receive Today 3.0 at no additional cost.
How can I sync my tasks from Today to the iPhone?
Tasks that show up in Today should show up in the Reminders app on iOS 5.
I upgraded to iCloud. Why do I have duplicate calendars?
With iCloud, Apple now maintains two separate versions of each calendar: one for events, one for tasks. iCal renders them as a single calendar, but third-party apps like Today have no means to do something similar within Apple's current guidelines. We hope they change this in a future release.
