Refund Policy
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for our iOS-based products or products purchased through the Mac App Store. Please contact Apple with any issues with this policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our support team to see if we can work through it.
Privacy Policy
Lots of companies have long, hard to read privacy policies, but they usually boil down to this:
- Second Gear does collect personal information when you purchase a product from our store. We need this to generate licenses, track sales and lookup licenses. We make sure to keep this stored away in a safe, secure location to ensure that your personal data is always kept private.
- We will never sell or distribute your personal information to a third-party. Spam sucks and we don't want to contribute to the problem.
- We won't email you unless you ask us to. If you signed up for our mailing list and want off, just click the unsubscribe link in the message and we will oblige.
- We never store your credit card data.
